Gary is one of the two founding directors of Cadgile, which formed in April, 2005.

His role as Managing Director sees him overseeing all aspects of Cadgile, with a large emphasis on setting strategic direction, executive team development and the various challenges of managing a high growth business.

Possessing a broad and diverse engineering and management background; he has held positions in General Management, Research and Development and General Manufacturing. His career to date has included roles with a variety of innovative companies in the Defence, Manufacturing, Biotech and Infrastructure market sectors.

Gary has formal qualifications in Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, and an Electronics Trade. He is a multiple award winner including the Telstra Engineering Excellence Award, and the Australasian AutoCAD User of the Year.

Mark joined Cadgile in February 2011 in the role of Technical Sales Manager.

His focus is to develop and grow the sales team; identify new market opportunities and maintain the relationships with the current client base.

Having come from a defence trained trade and drafting industry background, he has a particular affinity with the needs of customers who require the use of Cadgile's services.

More recently he has held a Senior Management position with a global industrial components supplier where he ran a strong and successful sales team who worked across multiple industry sectors.

Mark has formal qualifications in Mechanical Engineering and is passionate about all things engineering.
